Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders

Processing time: Mixing, and Packaging. Most Orders are completed and ready to ship within 24 hours
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Currently, We have a Free Shipping Promotion for standard ground shipping (i.e. Fed-Ex Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Parcel Select). Here are the exclusions for this Free Shipping Promotion.

Your order must be shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. (HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded.) We are not offering international delivery at this time.

Return Policy

RETURN WINDOW: The item/s you wish to return must be sent back within 20 days of original purchase date.

Please Note: Items or Orders Returned without an RMA number will be discarded and a refund will not be processed. Please contact us for a RMA thought the contact page of our website. Please include the reason for the return request.

WHAT WE ACCEPT: We will accept returns of any item, EXCEPT FOR custom mixed paint of any kind and any item/s that are on sale regardless of brand or packaging/form. If the item you wish to return is unused and still in its original packaging, there will not be a restocking fee. If the item has been removed from its original packaging a 30% restocking fee will apply and if the product has been opened or used in any way it can not be returned.

Items not available for return or have a limited return time:

Special order items, Closeouts, and other specially priced items cannot be returned.
Custom mixed paints and custom built aerosol cans cannot be returned.
Custom mixed bed-liner tints cannot be returned.
Cartridge adhesives, sealers, foams, and fillers can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. A restocking fee of 30% will apply.

Any item that the original packaging has been opened or damaged cannot be returned.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping fees on all items. The buyer is responsible for providing the team with the proper paint codes and information upon purchase. The buyer is also responsible for using proper painting technique when using the items and preparing them properly and responsibly, according to the directions/set ratios/etc.

Once we receive the item or order and verify the condition to be as stated in the RMA request we will then process your return.
